Kale microgreens have a nutty, robust flavor that taste fantastic in a leafy, green salad tossed with vinaigrette or in soups and sandwiches. Like the larger version, kale microgreens are a good source of antioxidants; fiber; vitamins A, C, and K; iron; and copper.
