Red cabbage microgreens have a beautiful violet, purple color and a mild, cabbage flavor. They are rich in vitamin C, polyphenols and glucosinolates, and S-Methylmethione, which are good for boosting the immune system, reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease, and alleviating gastrodistress.
